These terms govern the use of this website and the photography services offered by Ludwig Alberty Photography & Ludwig Alberty Property Media.

Services are described on the relevant pages of this site. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

Image Use & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final images are licensed to the client for the agreed marketing and personal uses. Ludwig Alberty retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing unless a confidential arrangement is arranged in advance.

Aerial Work

All drone and aerial services are performed by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot in compliance with applicable regulations.

Booking & Payment

Real estate media may be booked through MLS Photo Connect, subject to its terms. Other sessions are booked directly and confirmed with a deposit or agreement at Ludwig's discretion.
